Eindelijk ! Het is ons gelukt samen met een goed en Engineeringbedrijf de bussen voor de schakelstangen -verbinding  voor de PORSCHE 914 -4 vanaf modeljaar 1973 t ‘m modeljaar 1976 te maken.

Alle tot nu toe bekende exemplaren  zijn te groot of het gat is ovaal. Hierdoor is word het schakelgedrag behoorlijk negatief beïnvloed.

Door het vaardigen van de nieuwe bussen kan je na montage weer probleemloos schakelen. Ook zijn deze veel slijtagebestendiger.

Materiaal:  TPU (Thermoplastisches Polyurethan)

Let wel op dat je voor een goede montage ook de stift (asje) opnieuw gaat kerven op de reeds aanwezige plekken. Allen dat staat garant voor een juiste montage en voorkomt het loslopen van de as.

We adviseren de gehele schakelstang bij montage weer te fixeren met de conische zelfborgende schroeven.

Finally! We’ve successfully created the bushings for the shift linkage for the PORSCHE 914-4 from model year 1973 to 1976, in collaboration with a reputable engineering company.

All known examples are either too large or have an oval hole. This significantly impacts shifting behavior.

By fitting the new bushings, you can shift smoothly again after installation. They are also much more wear-resistant.

 

For proper installation, please also re-score the pin (shaft) using the existing patches. This ensures proper installation and prevents the shaft from loosening.
